1. Servicio y aceptación 1. Service and Acceptance

Nataren Transfers offers private executive transfers in Cancun and Quintana Roo (airport, weddings, groups, corporate, and tourism) in Escalade and Suburban vehicles. By requesting or confirming a reservation, through the platform or via WhatsApp, you accept these terms. The vehicle is assigned by category; the model or color may vary depending on availability.

2. Reservations, Payments, and Cancellations

The reservation is confirmed upon receiving written confirmation from Nataren with the rate, route, and schedule. The rate includes a driver, fuel, and a direct route. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service; after that, a charge of up to 50% of the rate applies. Included waiting time: 15 minutes at the origin and 60 minutes at the airport after landing (monitored flight). Additional time will be charged.

3. Use of Vehicles During the Transfer

• Capacity and seatbelts: the number of seats must not be exceeded; all passengers must wear a seat belt. Minors must be in a suitable seat, as requested upon booking.
• Prohibited: smoking, drugs, weapons, illicit substances, and dangerous cargo. Alcohol is allowed only if included in the service by Nataren. Vaping is permitted.
• Restrictions apply to the use of the pet service.
• Route and stops: those agreed upon in the reservation. Changes or additional stops are subject to availability and extra charges.
• Vehicle care: damages or extraordinary cleaning are at the passenger’s expense (up to $150.00 USD).
• Conduct: the driver may suspend the service, without a refund, if there is a risk to people or the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Insurance

Each vehicle operates with a valid civil liability policy and coverage for occupants during the service. In the event of an incident, the driver notifies Nataren and the insurance company, and the passenger collaborates with their contact information. The policy is shared upon request. The insurance does not cover personal belongings or damages due to misuse of the vehicle (point 3).

5. Drive Safety

Our drivers have a valid license and drive respecting speed limits and traffic laws. They do not operate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or fatigue. Passengers are asked not to distract or interfere with driving and to treat the driver with respect. The driver may stop the vehicle safely in the face of aggressive or risky behavior. Any incident or complaint is reported to Nataren via WhatsApp.

6. Liability, Luggage, and Privacy

Nataren is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or immigration procedures, except for its own willful misconduct or negligence. Luggage travels according to the vehicle’s capacity; forgotten items are kept for 30 days. Your personal data is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link), and is only used to manage your reservation and your safety. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; the courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo, have jurisdiction.
